ABOUT US

U-Studio is a collaborative design practice based in Kuala Lumpur. Our studio works internationally, providing architecture, animation, interior and furniture design services. A defined relationship between architecture and interior design is key in all of our work. This trans-disciplinary exchange allows us the ability to create experiential journeys and transformational spaces that engages the senses.

 

U-Studio believes concepts are core and are a reflection of each design manifestation. These concepts are drawn from day to day inspirations – while still relatable, gives room for personal interpretation and creation of new ideas. This design process allows us to push our capacity out of conventional formulas into new and unchartered ground. We strive to practice a simultaneous interaction between experience, form, light and materiality on macro and micro scales. This interaction is significant as it creates meaningful context to each project and its final built forms.
